The John Molson Stock Exchange
On October 30th, 2010, the John Molson School of Business (JMSB) of Concordia University will host the first John Molson Stock Exchange, the first of many stock exchange simulations to come. Organized by the Finance and Investment Students’ Association in the new state-of-the-art John Molson building, located in the heart of downtown Montreal, this tournament will attract university students from across Canada. Teams of 4 students will be competing for monetary prizes ranging from $300 to $2000 while experiencing the real life pressures and intensity of a REAL trading floor.
This prestigious event will provide the opportunity for universities to send their best and brightest to compete and represent their respective schools. In addition, this day-long event will also offer the occasion to network and establish and build upon relationships with other students from Quebec and all of Canada.
