Discussed matters are opinions and only opinions of JMIS members. These opinions may not be perceived as advice or recommendations. The use of these opinions may not, at any time, be discussed with the issuer. If a member’s opinion has been used as advice, that member may not, under any circumstances, be informed of that act. Furthermore, JMIS strongly encourages both its members and meeting attendees to perform their own research and to seek professional advice before performing a trade.

Infringement on the code of conduct will result in the annulment of membership and the prohibition of attending all future JMIS meetings and seminars.
